LOGIS is launching a new boutique residential project, located at 141 Vasile Lascăr Street, designed by the ADNBA.
On an irregularly shaped plot, offering a perspective view of the intersection of several narrow streets, a compact construction volume emulates the contours of the place, embracing a number of existing urban elements. Driven by the interior configuration of the dwellings and the privileged corner position, the building is distinguished by its curved facades that allow for successive recesses from the alignment, creating public spaces towards the street.
The building is discreetly blended into a strongly layered historical fabric between Stefan cel Mare Boulevard and Dacia Boulevard. The area that is still undergoing transformation marks the transition from fragmented urban space to new, denser development. The immediate vicinity is exhuberated by various local businesses, restaurants and cafes, as well as by the presence of two important parks, the Icoanei Garden and Ioanid Park.
The interior configuration allows the spaces served to be arranged around the node, thus providing a wide spread of living rooms towards the facade. The Showroom Apartment offers a contemporary layout, a natural complement to the architecture of the building. The interior design has been thought through to the smallest detail, from the furnishings to the lighting and warm tones borrowed from the personality of the neighborhood.
Access to the building is from Vasile Lascăr Street, through an elegant alley, an outdoor portico-like area. The apartments are arranged around a small, intimate circulation hub consisting of a staircase and lift.
